  • You can check availability, tariffs and make a booking via the link above. Just click the relevant chalet & dates on the grid.

  • If you can't see your required dates, please contact us anyhow, to see if we can still help. (Even If we can't accommodate you, we may be able to recommend somewhere else that can.)

  • Tariffs are inclusive of linen, towels, heating, utilities & WiFi.

  • DEPOSIT & PAYMENT : A 50% deposit of the total balance is payable on booking, by card. The remaining 50% balance is then payable on the day after your arrival at Inchree, taken automatically from the details used to pay the deposit with. For 1 night stays the balance is taken on evening of arrival. You can also choose to pay the full balance on booking, which gives 10% off. 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY :-Unlike many places, we're very flexible with cancellation, including at late-notice. Our Cancellation Policy is here.​​

  • PETS : Please note that we currently do not accept dogs / pets onsite. (This includes keeping your pet in a vehicle overnight.)

  • LOW OCCUPANCY TARIFF (2 PERSONS) : This tariff applies if a maximum of only 2 persons (incl. children) shall be occupying chalet for entire stay period. NOTE:  If the booker's numbers increase to 3+ prior to arrival, it is their responsibility to contact Inchree to state this. low Low occupancy tariff is then void, and the regular advertised tariff shall apply.

  • 15% off a future stay at any time, if booked within 72 hours of your departure date from Inchree.

Booking Info

 

  • Minimum Chalet Stay:  Our minimum chalet stay length varies from 1 to 3 nights, depending on time of year. Please just check the online system to see what is possible.​​​

  •  Arrival Time:   You can arrive any time after 4pm. Earlier entry may be possible if the chalet has not been occupied the night before. (after 2pm) You must contact us prior to arrival day to request any earlier-entry.

  •  Check-in:   We operate a self-service check-in, with chalet details texted to you on the morning of arrival. Please ensure you include a valid mobile number with your booking. (Someone is also available on arrival for assistance, if required.)

  • On-site Contact:  For any assistance, our reception building is manned throughout much of the day.. Please ring the bell and wait.  If there is nobody immediately available, contact numbers are also provided. 

  • Check-out time:  Is by 10am. Due to our housekeeping schedule, this is unfortunately not extendable.

  • Groups:  The comfort of all our guests along with maintaining the quiet and peaceful nature of our site is our priority. Group bookings of 2+ chalets in size are therefore accepted entirely at our discretion, and we reserve the right to turn down any large group enquiry.

  • Long-term Lets: Please note that we are solely a holiday accommodation provider, and do not take long-term lets.
