How to Book

  • You can check availability, tariffs and make a booking via the link below.

  • If you can't see your required dates, please contact us anyway, to see if we can still help. (Even If we can't accommodate you, we may be able to recommend somewhere else that can.)

  • Tariffs displayed are final, and are inclusive of linen, towels, heating / utilities & WiFi.

  • Please ensure you provide a mobile number on the booking form as we text check-in details prior to arrival.

  • PETS:  Sorry, but we don't currently accept pets / dogs on-site. (This includes intending to keep your pet in a vehicle overnight.) ​​

  • We also sometimes post other offers on our What's On page or Facebook so please check here too!

Payment & Cancellation 

  • We ask for a 50% deposit of the total balance on booking, payable by card. 

  • The remaining 50% balance is then payable on the evening of your arrival at Inchree, taken automatically from details used to pay the deposit with.

  • You can also choose to pay the full balance on booking, which gives a 5% discount on the total tariff.

  • We have a flexible cancellation policy, whereby a pre-payment is not lost in the event of cancellation.

FUTURE STAY DISCOUNT

 

Stay with us and get:

  • 15% off a future stay at any time, if booked within 14 days of your departure from Inchree.

Booking Info

 

  • Minimum Chalet Stay:  Our minimum chalet stay length varies from 1 to 3 nights, depending on time of year. Please just check the online system to see what is possible.​​​

  •  Arrival Time:   You can arrive any time after 4pm. Earlier entry may be possible if the chalet has not been occupied the night before. (after 2pm) Please contact us prior to arrival day to request an earlier-entry.

  •  Check-in:   We operate a self-service check-in, with chalet details texted to you on the morning of arrival. Please ensure you include a valid mobile number with your booking. (Someone is also available on arrival for assistance, if required.)

  • On-site Contact:  For any assistance, our reception building is manned throughout much of the day.. Please ring the bell and wait.  If there is nobody immediately available, contact numbers are also provided. 

  • Check-out time:  Is by 10am. Due to our tight housekeeping schedule, this is unfortunately not extendable.
