How to Book a Chalet: 

  • Please check availability and tariffs from the link below.

  • If you find a suitable chalet & dates, please submit the form and we shall get back to as quickly as possible to confirm.

  • To complete the booking, you just need to complete a booking form and pay a 50% deposit. (by card) Links to both will be emailed to you.

  • The remaining 50% balance is taken on the day after your arrival, from the details used to pay the deposit with.

  • If you can't see your required dates, please contact us anyhow, to see if we can still help. (If we can't accommodate you, we may be able to recommend somewhere else that can.)

We don't advertise on 3rd party booking platforms, so our best tariffs are always available here.

Important Booking Info

  • Minimum Chalet Stay:  Our chalets are generally bookable for a minimum 3 night stay. (or payment for) However, there are some selected dates where 2 night stays are possible. If you click on the dates required, it will show if 2 nights are available or not.

  • Low-occupancy Discount*:  For 2 persons-only occupying a chalet there is currently a low-occupancy discount of 10 to 15%. 

  • *Low occupancy discount given on agreement from booker that no more than 2 persons shall occupy chalet for entire stay. Any increase in party numbers to 3+ voids discount. It is the booker's responsibility to inform us of any increase in numbers prior to arrival.

  • Arrival Time:  You can arrive any time after 4pm. Earlier entry may be possible (not before 1.30pm) if the chalet has not been occupied the night before. Please note that you must contact us prior to arrival day to request an entry before 4pm.

  • Check-in:  We currently operate a self-service check-in, with chalet details texted to you on the morning of arrival. Please ensure you include a valid mobile number with your booking. (Someone is also available on arrival for assistance, if required.)

  • On-site Contact:  For any assistance, our reception building is manned throughout much of the day, and throughout the night. Please ring the bell and wait.  If there is nobody immediately available to help, contact numbers are also provided. 

  • Check-out time:  Please vacate by 10am. Unfortunately this is not extendable due to our tight housekeeping schedule.

  • Cancellation Policy: Unlike many places, we're very flexible with cancellation. Our risk-free Cancellation Policy can be viewed here.

  • Tariffs:  Advertised tariffs can be prone to change at any time. But any tariff quoted to you remains valid for at least 7 days, if booked within this period.

  • Groups:  The comfort of all our guests along with maintaining the quiet and peaceful nature of our site is our priority. 

  • Group bookings of 2+ chalets in size are therefore accepted entirely at our discretion, and we reserve the right to turn down any large group enquiry.

  • Dogs:  Please note that we no longer accept bookings with a dog(s). This reluctant decision has been made due to increased unacceptable behaviour from some dog owners on-site - mainly not picking up their dog's waste. We have the health & safety of all our guests to consider. (in particular, young children)

  • Please therefore do not make a booking with us if you wish to bring a dog(s). This includes keeping the dog(s) within a vehicle overnight. There are many self-catering establishments in our area that do accept dogs. 

  • If you choose to ignore the above condition and still bring a dog(s), please see the 'Dog' clause in our Terms & Conditions.

  • We are honouring all bookings with a dog made prior to 30/06/21, that are still to be fulfilled.

  • Future Stay Discount: All stays get a 10% discount off a future low-season booking with us. (Stay between 1st November to 31st March) A voucher code for this is emailed to the booker after departure from Inchree.

  • Long-term Lets: Please note that we do not take longer-term lets.
