Minimum Chalet Stay: Our chalets are currently bookable for a minimum 2 night stay.

Low-occupancy Discount*: For 2 persons-only occupying a chalet there is a 25% discount*. (*On agreement that only 2 persons shall occupy chalet for entire stay. Any increase in party numbers to 3+, prior to arrival voids discount. It is then the booker's responsibility to inform us of increase in numbers.)

Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total balance is payable on booking. If the booking is made within 24 hours of arrival. 100% of the balance is payable.

Payment of Balance: The 50% balance is payable 24 hours prior to arrival date. A reminder with secure card payment link will be emailed & texted to you.

Arrival time: You can arrive any time after 4pm. If you want to arrive earlier, this may be possible, but is dependent on our housekeeping schedule for that day - please contact us prior to arrival.

Check-in: We currently operate a self-service check-in, with details texted to you on the morning of arrival. Please ensure you include a valid mobile number with your booking. (Someone is also available for assistance, if required.)

On-site Contact: For any assistance, our reception / contact building is manned throughout much of the day. Please ring the bell and wait. If there is nobody immediately available to help, contact numbers are also provided. A through-the-night, onsite presence is provided.

Check-out time: Please vacate by 10am. Later check-out may be possible, but is dependent on our housekeeping schedule for that day. If you wish to leave later, you must check with us prior to morning of departure.

Bringing your dog: We accept dogs. (1 per chalet) There is no extra charge. Please indicate on form if you want to bring your dog,

Cancellation Policy

During the current uncertain times, prospective bookers are naturally concerned about what happens to a pre-payment should they have to cancel.
Cancellation due to COVID19 travel restrictions:

If you are forced to cancel your booking with us due to legally-enforced, COVID19 travel / movement restrictions within either
(A) your home postcode area or (B) Inchree's postcode area, PH33 6SE, that are still in place on your intended day of arrival:

Any pre-payment made will be refunded in full or held over for a future stay. (Whichever is the booker's preference)
